TRADITION
In Italy, where cooking has always been an art form and an important part of its cultural heritage,
Granpa Silvio used to mill the best varieties of durum wheat obtained from the land in order to make,
in conformity with ancient traditions, the good pasta which was to become famous all over the world.
TECHNOLOGY
Over the two generation that followed and untill today, these traditions and the experience of
Granpa Silvio were enriched by the advent of new manufacturing technologies and quality control methods.
PROGRESS
With the passage of time the range of Nadia products increased. Papa Bruno added to the already
reknown pasta a wide selection of delicacies which would eventually become the true ambassadors of
genuine italian food: the good extra virgin oil pressed from the best olives, the classic sauces,
the vegetables selected and preserved in oil and vinegar, and many others.
